Watch out with this company!!!!! they'll rip you off. They did not help me with the issue i had and they ended up charging me over $300.00 bucks. I had no power in an outlet in one of my upper level Rooms and in two rooms in the basement. My computer triggered it. I could not get the braker to resset, so i called them up. The tech said he needed to do a diagnostic of the entire electric system to make sure that was the issue. Did not mention additional cost. I thought it would be included in service fee. After that he claims my braker box was not under city code, so he ended up removing two brakers , leaving me with no power in the entire basement. I called them up to let them know that , i was told they will get him back out . He never showed up. I called back to speak to a manager but supposedly they were in a meeting and could not talk to any. I did get a call back the next day. So they left me in worst situation that i was in. They charged me over $300.00 , and did not do anything to solve my situation issue. . Call Black Diamond Electric . They are great!!!!!!
