Review content:
We had our carpets cleaned at our home in Scottsdale, AZ and thought we needed some stretching of the carpet after the cleaning. I called Kim at Phoenix Carpet Repair and she told me that was sometimes normal with carpets that had just been cleaned and to wait 48 hours to see what the carpet looked like. Just like she said, the carpets were perfectly normal after the 48 hours! We appreciated her honesty; she could have set up an appointment, came to the house and stretched the carpet, and charged us unnecessarily. Even received a follow up phone call! If in the future we need carpet repair, Phoenix Carpet Repair will be the one we call for sure!
