If I could give them negative stars, I would. So, if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment, they charge the credit card you provided 50 dollars. I was so excited to get maternity photos taken last weekend, and when I arrived at the place, nobody was there. The doors were locked and I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes about to pee my pants. I triple checked my appointment time on my email confirmation, thinking maybe I came at the wrong time on the wrong day. I called the place and left a voicemail and sent an email a week ago and have yet to hear back. Eventually I just turned around and left. I checked my credit card today to find that they charged me the 50 dollar waiting fee, actually $53.50. I went to this place back in august to find out the sex of my baby and i wish i never gave a penny to them. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. i DO NOT recommend. I called them today and the man over the phone had some kind of rude comeback for everything I was saying. He said ""well you're just going to have to deal with that"" How do you run a business treating customers that way? I called my bank and they're filing a dispute. They will not get a single penny of my money. Even if they actually did a good job, I would never support a company with such horrible morals. They screw pregnant women over for a living. That's what they do.
