Review content:
The gentleman from Desert Edge Floor Care Solutions had to come back out and redo the job. He had to clean all of the tile all over again. We have ceramic tiling over 90% of the house. After he left I didn't like the way our pull-up chairs were moving, so I tried doing a test and low and behold the floors were as dirty if not dirtier than when he arrived.
I got a hold of him and he checked his materials. It turned out one of his cleaning heads as well as one of his hoses was clogged. He also did some research and found out that one product was leaving residue. He cleaned his cleaning head and hose and he changed the cleaning material. He came back out, we tested it while he was here, and it was fine. He's a very polite young man--a local yocal.
