Postal workers here appear to have no incentive towards quick service or customer service in general. The counter clerks are hostile and Postmaster ""Fernando"" walked away from me when I was trying to have a conversation with him about receipts....??\r \r This post office has temporarily ""lost"" several packages that I have sent with prepaid return labels in the last 6 months. It has been frustrating to say the least. It used to be when I dropped off a package that had a prepaid return label upon ""request"" they would scan it to get the package logged in the system and then print me a paper receipt (prepaid mail acceptance receipt). Nothing special. Same kind of receipt/paper you get when you buy stamps or actually pay for shipping. Just shows the date and the package tracking as confirmation that you have dropped off the package and left it in their care. It is the only ""proof"" that I have sent the package in the (likely) event it gets lost. Both FedEx and UPS both provide this receipt, no questions asked.\r \r Well Postmaster Fernando recently informed they no longer do this (unless you want to pay 1.25), so now there is no way to prove that I have dropped off a package to be mailed. So if (when) it gets lost in the system, I am out of luck. There is no accountability with the USPS it seems and no incentive to provide customer service. Packages go into the black hole never to return. \r \r This review is rather useless as the USPS does not operate like a true business where they are about customer feedback, but at least viewers should know what to expect before they go and hopefully they will go to UPS instead. \r \r
