Review content:
a day after having our carpet installed we got a stain on it. The company that sold us the carpet arranged for Lewis Carpet Cleaners to come to our house on a Saturday. They gave us a time frame that was relatively short so I did not have to wait around all day. Lewis Carpet Cleaners called me during that time frame to give me a better idea of their arrival (still within their window) and then called again to give me an exact time (also within the window.). Thomas showed up on time, was friendly, did the job, cleaned a little more than he had to, cleaned up when he left. He was aware of the type of carpet and how it needed to be cleaned. They even gave me some of their cleaning solution. I will only use them in the future. Professional, price competitive, friendly, on time, and gets the job done. I can't ask for more.
