Review content:
At Camelback Hyundai, the process of buying the car was fine. The sales guy I dealt with was great. I traded in my Kia for a new Hyundai. Camelback was supposed to take over my lease for me, but after doing the trade in, I started receiving calls from my previous finance company about how the payments on my Kia were late. I was confused because I didn't even own that car anymore. When I called Camelback, they told me not to worry because it was supposed to take a couple of weeks for everything to process, but then I got another call from Kia saying that I was at risk of being reported to my credit.
When I called Camelback again, they switched me over to someone in the accounting department. I ended up being transferred to several people, but no one would return my call, despite the urgency of the matter. I had tried being nice, but no one would help me. Finally, I got a hold of the manager, but he just told me to lower my voice. I was way past lowering my voice at this point. He seemed like he didn't care, and he proceeded to hang up on me. Immediately after he hung up on me, another representative from Camelback called me back, which I thought was unprofessional. She didn't do anything to help me either.
I called Hyundai to report them, and Susan, the internet sales manager, called me back. Finally, someone had solutions for me and was able to fix the problem. I was not happy with the way the manager handled my call initially though. Needless to say, I would never recommend Camelback Hyundai.
