I had a leak in my roof, so I called One Call Roofing to come and check it out. They went up there and discovered I had some storm damage. I called my insurance company, and they sent out another company to assess the damage. The other company said there wasn't any storm damage, so I wouldn't get the claim.
One Call encouraged me to get a second opinion. I called back my insurance provider and told them about the difference opinion. They sent out a roofing expert to check out the roof, and the expert agreed with One Call's assessment. He found a fair amount of storm damage, so the claim ended up paying for about half the cost of the work that needed to be done.
One Call's advice was really helpful! Then when they put the roof on, they got there quickly and got the job done. They cleaned up well, and I'm very satisfied with the experience.
