Review content:
Terrible service. This company has no concept of customer service. They don't tell you how bad they are going to mess the house up before they do and then they don't even fix it. You have to pay yourself to fix their mess. They give a quote for a job that includes accessories, instruments and labor, and then charge ridiculous amount of money on top of the quote for the accessories they might have used without your authorization. Charging such astronomical amounts for the job, you would think they know what they are doing!!! Their technicians cant even find the center of the wall to hang the TV or an appropriate TV watching height ! On top of that, the cables connections are a mess that only they can fix. I happen to call them to help with re-connection of the cables after remodeling and they came, charged service fee and 1 hr charge, couldnt fix the whole thing so wanted to come back and charge another service fee and another 1 hour charge! Very unorganized, ridiculously over priced and absolutely unethical in operation, I would never ever work with this company again.
