Number one I would like to start saying good luck for anyone that goes on this bus service if they ever pick you up or if there on time pray and say goodbye to your family because if you survive going on the highway doing 85 or 95 miles an hour is a freaking miracle because they drive with no concern to other drivers or to passengers ... and when you call them its like calling a circus and asking to talk to a monkey .. these people will call you at 430 in the morning and tell you they will be there in 20 minutes you sit there.. 7 o'clock in the morning .. you call them to find out what is going on and they act like they don't know anything about what is going on and when they usually know something is just a lie .. your trip will be cancelled but you won't know about it you will have to call them for you to find out anything and guess what it will be a lie telling you that they been calling you to tell you the trip been cancelled and when you ask him what number you been calling they make up a number like you don't know your own number. Bottom line if anyone wants to stay alive and not be involved in an accident and not be lied to stay away from this bus company.. I wonder why is no police presence in route 78 for newark to pa and if it is any police officer reading this hopefully. business hours are from 6 o'clock in the morning 10 o'clock in the morning and 3 o'clock and 7 o'clock p.m.
