I have been at the Meridian for over 3 years because the location is convenient. Whenever something has broken they have fixed it that day. The complaints I have are with the thin walls. I can literally hear my upstairs neighbors talking. Every footstep and bathroom break is heard as if it is in the next room. Unfortunately my upstairs neighbors are quite active and it is because of this I am not renewing my lease. The grounds are kept up well, but the neighbors do not clean up after their dogs. The pool area and gym are nice and the management is pleasant but very disorganized. I would only recommend this place if you don't need sleep at night and if you can live on the second floor, it is just too noisy on the first. \r
