The manager called me an asshole. After I explained that I did not want the upgraded oil change, the manager went n to charge me for it anyway. This is after I suffered through what seemed like an endless barrage of upsells. First he tried to sell me on the long mileage oil change, which I declined. He kept badgering me telling me that the $19.95 advertised price (huge banner across their bay doors) was not going to last 3000 miles and that i needed the high mileage that would last 5000 miles. I declined despite his several tries to get me to upgrade. Next he came back telling me that I needed my transmission fluid flushed. Which I just had done 20,000 miles ago by a full service shop that has tehnicians who have many more years experience than the young man I was dealing with. When I explained that this had been done not that long ago, he told me that they didn't have the right machine like he did. Once again I declined. He then came back again and told me I needed a new oil pan plug. This time I let him replace it because my vehicle has 100,000 miles on it, that was an extra $10. He then came back again and told me I needed a new air filter. He told me the price was $20 (his cost), when I told him that I could get it at Pep Boys for $15, he dropped the price to $15. I agreed to let him replace it. When he told me that the job was done, I went over to where he was printing the bill and it was $65. Nowhere near what I expected. When I pointed out that he overcharged me nd that he should reprint the bill with the correct price, I was told that he could not. He offered to give me a coupon, which I declined as I have no intention of ever giving Havoline my business again, and insisted he change the bill, he again told me he was not able to do that. That's when I mentioned that I would be happy to report his facility to the Illinois Attorney General's for running a scam, that when he called me an asshole. I was taken aback at this young man's bold demeanor. At that point I insisted that he make go
