Review content:
Our gas water heater sprung a leak on a Friday night, February 7, 2014. I called Roto-Rooter Plumbers that evening. They were very professional and offered any 3 hour window of time I wanted on Saturday February 8th. Dispatch called me 30 minutes before the technician Kevin would arrive. He got there right at the beginning of my 3 hour window. He diagnosed the problem, left to get a new water heater and returned promptly. He protected the entire path to the water heater, hauled out the old one, hauled in the new one, finished within the time he promised, and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with the entire service experience including the price (quoted upfront and not changed at the end).
