Dr smith is the only doctor in Tooele that I could find that excepts Medicare, I got a infection and have been in excruciating pain, I made an appointment to get a tooth pulled but the couldn't get me in for two weeks, the pain just kept getting worse. I finally got in and the only thing they talked to me about was Medicade, put me on antibiotics and very week pain meds, didn't help with the pain AT ALL! He did not pull my tooth, they had me outta there very fast, wanted me to come back to get the tooth pulled but they couldn't get me in for another three weeks! Still in excruciating pain, had to go to the ER just to get a shot for temporary relief, I'm sick to my stomach from all the aspirin I've been taking just so I can function. Had to have my liver checked, I can't take any more aspirin so I called Smith to get some more pain pills and he said NO, he only gave me enough for one week but can't pull my tooth for another THREE weeks. Dr Smith did not treat me like a person, treated me like I'm nothing but Medicade. I found another dentist that got me in the SAME day, and talked to me about my teeth and not my insurance. I can smile again, no thanks to dr Smith.
