Brian quickly determined the humidification system problem, fixed it and discussed the 16 year old hot water heater at my request. Decision reached on a replacement to be installed in 2 weeks. Professionally handled service call. Pricing and all that was included in the price was key in the decision to move forward with a new hot water heater.
