Juan Camilo was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He explained to me all the different options I had to protect my home. I decided to do impact windows in the front and accordion shutters on the rest of the house. Following his suggestion, I went ahead and got two other quotes to make sure I was getting a competitive price. He explained to me the things to ask the other companies to make sure I was getting the most value for my money. It is amazing how much is there for a home owner to know before making a commitment with a company to get shutters or impact windows installed. They have a pretty handy link on their web site about the things one must know before signing a contract. They took care of all the permit paperwork with the city and got the final job completed notice from the city’s building department. They even helped me fill out the paperwork to send to the insurance for my insurance discount. The entire job came out terrific. Now I won’t have to worry when my husband is away and I have to shutter the house. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who is considering storm protection.
