Scott has always been there for me since I met him back in the late '90s when he first started Howard Heating and Air Inc. He installed a unit in my son's house then, and he took care of everything while we were attending a funeral. He took control of everything.
Every time I've called Scott, back when I had his cell phone number, he was standing in my backyard within 45 minutes. He has always been there, and all his technicians are fabulous. Recently when I had problems with my unit, they handled it fast and efficiently. They had everything back on track in no time.
I love Howard Heating and Air Inc., and I love Scott! I would adopt him if I could! I've told a lot of potential customers that if they want fast, accurate service to call Scott. He's a good, Christian man who employs a lot of great guys. They've done work at my church, and I hand out their magnets to people all the time.
One time when I needed to have my unit replaced, one of Scott's technicians came over to give me an estimate. I'm 75, and he offered to go get me a heater while I waited for the unit to be taken care of. Not only was the other company's estimate $500 more than Scott's, but the other technician didn't offer me a heater or a hug or anything to keep me warm in the meantime.
Scott is a down-to-earth, home-town guy who has done really well. I'm so proud of him. He's a good man, and he has fabulous technicians!
