I initially went to Turbo Tim's at the suggestion of some friends. Having bad experiences with mechanics in the past, I wasn't sure what to expect. Instantly I was won over by how personable the entire staff is. My first car I had them work on, I comfortable sat in their waiting room watching Memento, sipping on sparkling water, and playing with their resident kitty Bobby. Unlike other experiences I've had, I've never felt as if they were trying to sell me something I don't need. I have brought 3 cars to Tim now, as my bumper sticker says, "This car sucks, my mechanic's on speed dial" ;) I love it, get your car fixed minus the $@!#% that other auto mechanics will try and push on you!
