Review content:
I was referred to Sean Grover LCSW at Washington Square Institute by an individual therapist that I trusted. I attended Sean's groups for several years and highly, highly recommend him to anyone looking to better their emotional health, communication skills, and maturity level when relating to others. I've walked away from Sean's group therapy with so many tools to deal with challenging situations at home, in my career, with family and just in daily life. I've also been witness to dozens of other group members' rapid and often dramatic transformations from scared/avoiding/defensive/closed off to people who (excuse my expression) grab life by the balls. If you're ambitious, like to challenge yourself, and are willing to feel a bit uncomfortable in order to grow by leaps & bounds, Sean Grover's your man!
