I was searching online for an easy-to-install AC unit for my mother-in-law, who lives in Mississippi and I actually live in Canada. I found the website for AC 4 Life. Their website was easy to navigate and any information I might need was right there, from the various units, to the pricing and sizing calculator. Everything appeared too easy, and too good to be true. I was a little hesitant at first. I was able to find the cooling only Mitsubishi ductless air conditioner. The Mitsubishi didn't use ductwork and was perfect for old homes, like my mother-in-law's, so I called up AC 4 Life to find out some information on it.
It was very easy. When I called up, a technician was able to help me out. They were very professional, upfront and open. They were extremely easy to talk to. I did call them a few times, but every time, they were very nice and extremely helpful. From their website, I was able to figure out how big of a unit I needed for my mother-in-law. I ordered the right unit and coordinated the arrival of it to her house without any trouble at all. They provided me with the delivery number. The driver was exceptionally nice, he brought the heavy unit up to her door and stored it on her front porch until it could be installed.
I flew out, and met my brother who lives in South Carolina, and together we were able to get it installed in about six hours. Once we turned it on, it started cooling down her house instantly. We got the AC unit that was sized to cool down just her living room and instead it was cooling down her entire house! We all joked that it was maybe too cool inside! The entire process was too easy, and too perfect! AC 4 Life is a great company! Fantastic customer service, quality products and really knowledgeable people working for them. I'd recommend this experience to anybody.
