I've taken my dogs here twice now; the first time I waited over an hour past the appointment time because Dr. Butzer was running behind. It wasn't until I started walking towards my car that the staff told me he was finally in the room. He didn't even apologize or anything. That said, he seems like a very nice person, so I decided to give the practice one more chance. \r
I brought my dogs back for lab work a month later as one has kidney disease and one has liver disease. It took a whole week to get a hold of the doctor to get the results (which only take one day). Every time I asked to speak to him, he was always in an emergency. In my opinion, this place has just bit off way more than it can chew- it's just not the right vet if you want attentive, personalized care.
