Review content:
The booking of the vans was fine but they did not resemble the vans that they depicted in their advertisement on Youtube. I was expecting much larger vans and it seemed to me that maybe there was a double booking because their van did not have the company logo on it, it looked more like a rental van with the company number on it.The overall moving experience was terrible though. Furniture and various other items were crammed in the van and quite a few of my things got damaged. They merely taped the items rather than placing a blanket in between them to prevent them from scratching against each other and I found my carpet dirtied after they had placed my things in the new house. A very rushed and poor effort on their part.
