I have been a customer for more than 9 years. My driveway is on an incline, but every week--ice, snow, or whatever, my trashcan is hauled back to the top of my driveway after pickup. I only remember my trash not getting picked up once, and they credited my account. I noticed that there is a small rate increase on my bill this time, but this is the first increase in about 5 years. They didn't even go up when the economy took a tank. I believe in supporting small business, and this is definitely one that I will continue to support.
