I went to this dealer on 1/21/14 to have my oil changed and check why my cigar lighter was no working. they told me it would be one hour. after two hours I asked what the hold up was and they told me they were waiting for a fuse to be delivered. I was shocked that a ford dealer does not stock fuses for a ford product. I told them to forget the fuse and that I would put it in myself. I drove one block to auto plus auto parts and paid $1.00 for the fuse and they put it in for free. ford charged me $34.18 to put the fuse in and left it on my invoice. they have a good price for oil changes and then present everyone with a big list of repairs that need to be done to keep your vehicle safe. this service department are all crooks and I advise you to stay away or get ripped off big time.
