Problem was a slow sewer line and needed a technician to snake the line. I chose Roto-Rooter because they offered a free estimate unlike the other companies I called. I was a bit nervous calling Roto-rooter because I expected them to be very expensive. The technician that did the service call was very professional, quick and the cost was very reasonable. I was given the estimate up front and there was no changes in the final bill. I am very happy with the service and I also get a 6 month guarantee on the repair. Great job Andy the technician!!
