I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH BOB'S SHEET METAL, AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING FOR SEVERAL YEARS. I MANAGE 3 HOUSES FOR A COUPLE WHO LIVE IN CALIFORNIA. THEY RENT THESE HOUSES OUT TO STUDENTS. BECAUSE THEY ARE IN CALIFORNIA AND THE HOUSES ARE IN MICHIGAN, THEY NEED SOMEONE IN OUR TOWN TO BE THERE FOR PROBLEMS AND EMERGENCIES. THAT IS WHAT I DO. BOB RUONAVARA IS A GREAT GUY AND RUNS A GREAT BUSINESS. THIS SERVICE IS ABOVE ALL OTHERS. I HAVE CALLED HIM EARLY (BEFORE 8 AM) WITH AN EMERGENCY AND EVERY TIME HE HAS BEEN THERE WITHIN AN HOUR. WE HAVE A MOBILE HOME AND NEEDED A NEW FURNACE. IT WAS AN EMERGENCY AND WE DIDN'T HAVE THE FUNDS TO COVER THE COMPLETE COST. BOB LET US SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN AND MAKE PAYMENTS UNTIL IT IS PAID OFF. BESIDES HAVING GREAT SERVICE, HIS COSTS ARE WELL BELOW OTHER BUSINESS IN OUR AREA OF THE SAME TYPE. I WOULD RECOMMMEND BOB'S SHEET METAL TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TOP SERVICE AND QUALITY PRODUCTS.
