Ultimately, the thing that stands out about Temp Control LLC is who makes up the company, including Scarlett. She does a lot and has never let me down. She's the person who communicates with me and organizes everything. Scarlett is very proactive and quick with information and services.
Temp Control has done several things for me, both at my house and at some of my rental homes. They had to replace an entire air unit in one of the rentals, run the ducting and install thermostats in another, and replace the entire furnace in the third.
The owner is very hands-on, too. He came out and did all the service calls with the guys. It has definitely been a good experience every time.
