Review content:
Dan Brown, our sales rep, was tremendous to work with. He took all the time needed to explain both the problems with our water and how the Kinetico dual-tank system functions. The installer he booked for us, Ken, did a fantastic job on the install, particularly since we requested, with short notice, to have the installation done with copper instead of PVC. Had to pay more for the materials and install time but it was very reasonable.
We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of our "new" water. When we built our home in the 1980s, we were told we had "slightly hard" well water but could do without a softener. Over the years, though, the water has gotten worse. My wife is ecstatic about the difference in our laundry and dishwashing. No water spots anywhere, and no more scrubbing mineral deposits from around the faucets. And the taste--wow. It's like drinking bottled spring water right from the tap! Even our son's Brita pitcher has disappeared from the fridge!
The quality of the Kinetico system, and the obvious commitment to service the Martin Water staff shows, are worth every penny we spent, and then some. The overall experience is what you hope happens whenever you have workmen in your home...but seldom does.
