I cannot give an opinion of my stay at Bern Mas Apartments because I chose an apartment in Metairie instead (preferred to be away from the east and closer to my job) but Janice made every effort to make me a tenant. She quickly took pictures of the apartment I was interested in and emailed them to me which were good quality btw. I am from Alabama so she was basically my virtual tour guide. She is polite I have never had an issue with her being rude and unpleasant. She was willing to work with me!. I don’t know what anyone else encountered my experience with Janice was a satisfying one. She will answer every question you have (thanks for your patience Janice). This place looks real nice and the apartment that she showed me had carpet, white painted walls, and looked super clean, you can tell that it had been remolded. I would definitely consider moving here again.
