Artic Heating and Cooling is the worst Heating and Cooling Company in Tidewater. Do not Use!\r
First Company would not return calls. Then when I did get a hold of them and asked to speak to a Manager. Secretary said that he was to busy to talk to me. They also lied to warranty company in order to not perform services. I beg you not to use this company or you will be screwed over!
