These folks don't even deserve one star! This was the worst experience I've ever had at any establishment anywhere, and I've traveled all over the US, Europe and South Africa. This place has the absolute rudest staff I've ever encountered - not just rude but argumentative, confrontational, and outright belligerent. Also, it's grungy, the vegan snacks are dry and tasteless, and they actually used an unsanitary stapler to staple the tea bag holding my loose leaf tea! Disgusting!!! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
