Review content:
They do fine with simple service (oil changes, front end alignments, tire rotations) but usually can not (or will not) handle difficult repairs such as clutch replacements or engine repairs. They will Charge you for a ""Diagnoses"" and say it can not be repaired, is ""normal"" or could not be duplicated. They have no one that can properly diagnose GM electrical problems. Apparently they make enough on diagnostic charges that they are not interested in doing the hard repairs. My friends and family have the same issues there. Save yourself the grief and go to Bergstroms in Neenah where they have the knowledge, expertise and will to fix your GM right. Plus there customer service is next to none. They even wash and detail your vehicle with every service.
