Review content:
The service here is the worst I've ever known; no joke. I purchased a Jeep at Tyson. There were no problems with the sale but I have had nothing but problems with the service since day one. I've brought my Jeep in for an oil change and it was returned to me as completed but the oil was NOT changed. When I took it in for the first tire rotation they broke off one of the lug nuts and then tried to blame me for it. I took it in recently for transmission service that should have taken one day, One week later I got the Jeep back in the evening and discovered the next morning during a snow storm that they failed to reconnect the 4-wheel drive. I had to take it back so Tyson could finish the work that should have been done the first time. How was one week not enough to get the work done correctly? Tyson's service department has a terrible track record of not performing the work correctly, if they do the work at all.\r \r I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. And if anyone decides to go there anyway, be very careful with purchasing any extended warranty products. I paid a lot of money to have the top of the line full lifetime warranty. When I took my Jeep in for transmission work I was told I should have brought it in a little earlier for a check up but because I didn't my warranty was null and void. Read all the fine print. Do not trust them for anything.
