My insurance company turned me down for a dental procedure.. Smile Krafters was supposed to have the dentist send in an appeal/ BLE. Upon calling my dentist, no said documentation was provided. I have called this dentist over 20 times since October 2013. Smife Krafter was plane belligerent to me during all times. In my initial sat in the chair over 2 hours for a cosult and cleaning. I had to bug the dental hygentist to properly clean my teeth over 10 times. You sholdn't have to go through this kind of nonsense with a dentist. Furthermore, the dentist I have had in the past were eager to help you get medical necessary procedures done, but Smife Krafters fails at all aspect exept ripping you off !
