This USE to be one of my TOP sushi places to eat until RECENTLY the customer service was a DISGRACE.Ive come there on several occasions (mostly for my ME time). This last visit was for my sons 12th birthday and it was myself and my two other children. Later arriving we're my mom n brother. Due to my moms financial situation they (my mother and brother wanted to sit at another table due to the buy one get one free rule) ,while my children (3) and myself sat at another. The ""manager"" (the African man that's ALWAYS there, who he and I speak EVERY TIME that I visit) stated we could not. Confused I asked why when we are paying separately and I have my own LARGE group. He was nasty,and rude. I asked for the owners contact information and no one seem to know how to get in touch with his superior. My sons 12th birthday was ruined and my children were hungry.I am VERY disappoint in his treatment because if we (my mother and brother ) did not speak when they finally arrived he would have NEVER known we were together. He asked us to leave (no one was rude, we just explained that we did not want to sit together) and he refused to have us severed. \r

We ended up going to Kanki and my children and I's bill alone (because we could have separate checks there) was over $100.00. My money was well spent because they treated us very kind and my son ended up feeling better.\r

So my ""ME"" time will now be spent at either Mura (@ North Hills Mall) or Sonos (that's downtown Raleigh) my other favorite places,since they do not know how to treat good paying customer HERE.
