I had signed up for a spa membership with a contract for 6 months. I've noticed a rapid decline in customer service (unfriendly schedulers) the cleanliness of the spa facility and it's hit and miss on the spa and hair service - not all practitioners are qualified to be working in a supposedly high end salon/spa. I had my final visit on my membership contract this week and was shocked by how dirty it was. The bathroom toilet had fecal matter still in the bowl, and no toilet paper! The changing area laundry bin was overflowing with used/dirty robes and the treatment room table had a stained cover. The facialist who did my facial this time (my regular facialist was not available) was nice but not qualified - the facial was on par with a bad beauty school facial. I've had a bad hair cut at the Lynnwood salon as well that needed to be fixed within a week. I'm done with Gene Juarez!
