Review content:
CT Metro Holding out of NY bought this complex in 2010. They forced out many tenants, some who were here since the late 60's, by forcing up the rent in one, big increase. If that wasn't bad enough, they let the complex go down FAST. Now, it's a dump, and you're lucky if the maintenance person even bothers to unplug your sink, let alone do major stuff like fix the heat. Elderly tenants have actually called the police because he keeps it too cold. Some apartments are too hot, and windows stay open all winter. There's also a language barrier (little English), which makes it even harder to communicate. Management has no professionalism, and phone calls to them go unanswered and unreturned. In short, one of the best places in Middletown has turned into a dump. It's every man for himself. And for the price, it's absolute robbery. Stay far, far away!
