Review content:
While this salon was clean, I would not recommend them to anyone. A friend and I had an appointment for a mani/pedi and were extremely disappointed. Once we were finally called for our pedicures, we were handed a “menu” of services but never asked if we would like anything other than the basic pedicure. The lady rushed both pedicures (my feet weren’t even in the water 2 minutes before she started) and was rather rough with the tools. After pedicures, I was rushed to the manicure table where a basket of color samples was thrown at me and I was told to choose a color. When I expressed interest in a gel overlay, the man looked annoyed and said “it’s $50 - very expensive”. I told him I don’t mind and still wanted it. Bad choice; my gel came out uneven and with rough spots. My friend had the basket thrown at her as well and chose a simple shellac polish. To top it off, we were extremely overcharged and didn’t catch it until later, as we were talking at checkout. A gel overlay and pedicure was supposedly $78, and the total bill was $169. Clearly a shellac manicure and pedicure was not $91. We will never give our business to Raindrop again.
