While it was great that I received a free car wash after my oil change.
I had made an appointment for 8am, received my confirmation which wasn't in their system... No biggie. I asked about changing the transmission fluid in my jeep liberty and it was $200, everywhere else I called said around $180. So I declined and decided to get just my oil change for $40. Service was pleasant, but they DID NOT even reset my change oil sign.
Later on that day I called the jeep dealership in concord to get my transmission fluid change for $180. Guess what their oil change was? $25!
I wonder why the prices are higher at walnut creek.
Definitely won't be back, mainly bc I go to a jeep dealership to change my oil bc they can rest my change oil light/sign, but they didn't.
