Review content:
The sales lady that helped us pick out the dress was great to work with. However, the whole wedding dress experience was tarnished by the rude management team and other people that were at the front desk. They were not apologetic at all that the $750 belt we purchased had damage on it. They acted angry when we asked them to address the issue. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they had an off day when we purchased the dress. But no, they were just as rude, if not more rude, when we came to pick up the dress. The whole bridal party came in from different states via plane and car to retrieve the dress. That staff made us totally feel not welcomed. One of the managers approached us, ever so rudely to point out that our appointment is over. There was only one other customer. It was not yet closing time. We were just trying to re-plan our weekend because we have to go back to the salon to pick up the belt. We had to cancel some of our tour plans of Chicago downtown because they did not have the diligence to inspect everything when the dress, veil, and belt were shipped to them 3 weeks before we arrived in town.\r \r So if you want a beautiful, positive experience, you should go to a different salon.
