Everything with Piedmont Security Insurance Agency Inc. has been good in the past two years I've used them. I have had no problems at all. Anytime I need anything, I just go to their office, and everybody who works there is awesome. There are two ladies I deal with mostly, and both of them are great. They are always on top of everything. When I call in, they make notes, so everyone is totally up to speed with everything any time I call. I had one claim from an accident, and they really helped me out with that, too.
If you go there, you will not have any worries. Even if you can't pay on time, they will work with you, so that your account won't be canceled. They are great. I love working with them.
