Ordering from Alum Hardware is not a problem. A lot of stores like Home Depot handle only whats in stock, so if I ask them for some items that they don't have in the store, its a major hassle to order those materials. Alum on the other hand makes it very simple and easy, catering to the customer at all times. I greatly appreciate the service that they provide!
