I'm not sure why these apartments are getting such bad reviews. The manager Michelle is a very nice person, and has been since the day we met her. If we needed anything fixed when we first moved in she made sure it was done. You can now go online and put a ticket in for maintenance, and within a day we have always had someone here and the issue was fixed. This is our first winter here and the sidewalks and parking lots they make sure are plowed. I've recommended these apartments to quite a few people. A friend of mine had recommended them to me, she has lived here for over a year and told me she also has had the same treatment as we have and loves it here. We have parked both in the gated parking areas and on the street and have had no problems with break-ins, someone complained about the crime in the area on another review I read, to be honest your going to have that anywhere but around here it seems to be ok. We were living in Worthington before moving here to be closer to campus, and also save about 200.00 a mth, and within the first 6 mths at the other place 3 cars were broke into, one of them being my son's(what bothered me is having to do a report online because the police couldn't come out, this is something i'm not used to dealing with), so it doesn't matter where you live, stuff like that is going to happen.
