Bruce at HL Gross was simply tremendous in helping me to pick out the perfect engagement ring for my fiancee. From collating settings for comparison (some that needed to be shipped) to identifying the ideal loose diamond for the ring he was professional, informative, and light-hearted. Needless to say, my fiancee adores her ring and Bruce and HL Gross were instrumental in making sure that was the case.
