Totally incompetent and dangerous. We bought a house in which they had installed a fireplace. The house would fill with smoke every time there was a moderate wind.\r
Stoves'n Such refused to look at it. They were surly and rude, claiming we did not know how to make a fire.\r
We had a chimney camera look at it and found that the inner liner of the flue had buckled because they had not supported 45 feet of of vertical flue pipe. I replaced the failed elbow and installed a support. The fireplace now works well. In the process I also found that they had not installed P traps on the cooling air inlets as directed by the fireplace manufacturer.\r
I believe Stoves'n Such is now out of business, otherwise I would be taking legal action against them.
