Review content:
Ridiculously unorganized and misinformed eye clinic. I really liked the eye doctor that I saw, but the office people are a joke.\r When I made my appointment I told the woman on the phone that I didn't think I had an insurance card for my eye insurance, she said that is fine they could look it up by my social security number, which I gave to her upon making my appointment. 1 month later I had my appointment and the first thing the front desk lady said was ""oh we couldn't find your benefits"" so...should I reschedule? No its fine, your health insurance will cover your exam.\r So I went ahead with my exam, when I got out the same woman told me that my bill was 90 dollars, for the contact exam. Would have been nice to know about that before hand, she charged my card and couldn't get me a receipt, she promised to mail it to me, but never did... But she told me not to worry if my benefits went through that I would get all but 20 dollars back, because that is what the co-pay is. \r When I got home, I found where to print my insurance card and immediately called with my member number and asked them to call me when they figured it out....never got a call....\r When I went to my contact check up 1.5 weeks later, I was informed that I would only be getting 15% of my 90 dollars back ($13.50) because that is what they *THINK* my co-pay is...think....when my benefits that I printed clearly said UP TO $60 co-pay. \r Needless to say they nickel and dimed me, the lady I dealt with at the front desk had no idea what was going on, my prescription is messed up and I can't see.\r \r Needless to say I will not ever go back here and will be spending money out of pocket to go somewhere else, because this place is a joke.
