I am currently living in the apartment complex as of January 6. The inside of the apartments themself do not like bad.The people in the office you who the two front decks are nice people but the manager lady who works in the other room. Dont even try talk to her. she hides in her office to stay away from people. The maintenance guys do there best but it takes them about 2 weeks to get to you. When i have placed work orders it take forever for them to come and fix it. You can tell them a time and what day to come in fix the problem but you will have to visit the office to get them to really come and fix the problem. I had placed a work order for something very simple it took them two months to fix it and the maintenance man told me that he will need to order a replacement piece. I am still waiting for it.\r
The place is not over run with bugs. I had roaches for a little bit but once they sprayed I have not seen one. Also when you have a problem with the neighbors they want you to handle it. But when I went to a person and told them. the office turned around and told me that they are suppose to handle issues between people living here. Once you do tell the office about a issue it takes them multiple trips to the office to get the issue resolved. People park where they want and they dont care of it is assigned parking. they want to be able to park close to there apartment. also most of the people who live here dont know English very well and dont care to talk to you. which is fine with me.\r
The only real problem i have with this apartment is the office and how they work. How it takes them forever to fix a problem. The one REAL BIG thing that really makes me say dont live here is that if they are going to be working on the water lines they do not give notice for when the water will be turned off. I woke up one morning and realize i had no running water. I call the office and they said they had to turn it off to fix a pipe. I was like ok but do you have someplace where i can get water for the toilet. They told me no i would have to go get water at the store. \r
They do not get notices for anything. They are doing work on the building and they dont rope off the work area and pieces of wood are falling off the building and almost hit me as i walked by to get into my apartment. \r
To sum it all up, if you dont mind be told what is going on then live here. But i would say skip this place. I thought it was a nice place but it is really not.
