Mr Eskridge: I just would like you to know how pleased I am with all aspects of your dealership.I have purchased 3 cars from Eskridge Lexus, currently I have a Lexus Rx 350 2010. I am always so particular with everything especially my car or home. This past Sunday a old gal(!%#*)rear ended me on Robinson in Norman and knocked me into the car in front of me while I was stopped at a light. She had the nerve to tell me when she got out of her car not to call the police because they would arrest her. Of course I called the police. On Monday I contacted my insurance USAA and took the car up to Eskridge Collision Center. They were very busy and told me it might be 7 days depending on parts ect. I spoke with them several times during the week and of course my insurance.( It only took them 5 days). They even took me over to the Avis rental center since I was stranded. My entire back door that raises was replaced and both bumpers redone.My car looks great, also it was taken over to your dealership to reset my electronics several lights were staying on. I know these days and times often people don't take time to thank employees. I have been a Registered Nurse for 43 years and know how hard the public and their demands can be on staff. Thanks again for a First Class Dealership.Jeremy Foster was the young man that worked on my car and I believe his dad is who drove me over to the rental place. The woman who works at the front desk was also very helpful during a stressful time. Thanks again
