I would not hesitate to recommend Gateway Transmissions. It was very cut-and-dry with them. I worked with a nonprofit organization, and the van we had wouldn't shift into the third or fourth gears. I took it into Bill. He told me what it was all about and was very accommodating.
We need those vans every day to pick up our items from around the area. He got it fixed in good time and got us driving again. He was also very flexible with the followup, and he later helped us get the thermostat repaired.
