I don't often deal with car dealerships for maintenance on my vehicles, and I was asking for a repair that I felt should be covered under warranty, I have a Chevy truck but the local Chevy dealership had closed, and I was instructed to go to Bill Smith Buick GMC.... so I was a little apprehensive. I didn't need to be. These people were VERY understanding on the phone and explained how I could leave the truck and keys at night. They had called the next morning before I got to work at 8:00 and left a message explaining everything they were doing and that they would call when the work was done. They called and explained the work they did, and how I could pick up the keys and paperwork after work, As far as I'm concerned, this exceeded anything I expected!!
